Terms of service

By commissioning, you confirm that you have carefully read and agreed to respect the following important points:Do not edit, trace, or modify my artwork without permission. If you plan to use it for purposes other than the original, especially if these involve partial or total editing of the elements, please inform me. Tracing is strictly prohibited.I retain moral rights over the artwork. This means I have the right to be credited as the artist. Misattributing the artwork or claiming it as your own is against these rights, which cannot be waived or transferred.Always credit me correctly when using the artwork.
Do not remove the signature.
Using my artwork for hate campaigns is strictly prohibited. Even if the artwork itself is not offensive, using it for harmful purposes is completely forbidden.I am not responsible for any misuse of the commissioned artwork.Do not use commissions I made for other clients. Please respect the exclusivity of each commission.It is strictly prohibited to use my artwork for any form of AI-generated content or machine learning purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, training datasets for generative art models...Other useful information you should take into account before ordering:*Let me know in advance if you need a job urgently or for a specific date. I have managed to work in a fairly acceptable time frame, but it will depend on my external responsibilities if it is possible to adapt to that time frame or not.*If it is a job that is too rushed, the price may increase depending on how long it takes.*Designs with too many details may increase the cost.*You will receive constant advances and you can freely modify, as long as this is not the complete structure of the drawing (redrawing it from scratch), since once the sketch is accepted, I will accept corrections on the coloring or minor details only.

Payment methods

Bank transfer only available for Mexico or through applications that allow international money transfers

Payment must be made either upfront or upon completion, depending on the agreement. In some cases, payment can be split into two halves: one at the start and the other at the end.

Icon / Headshot: This artwork can range from just the face/head to part of the bust depending on the needs of the commission.

HALF BODY: Artwork that extends to the character's hip or waist

It can be in Sylvanian Family style or in my usual drawing style.
